The racism and the normalization of it in today's society is crazy. Why does my little sister have a group chat with her friends called K K K? She doesn't even know what K K K is??? Everyone except one kid is white in their friend group as well? The amount of times I hear the N word being used at school is baffling, why are 13 years old kids competing about who said a racialized slur first? Why are 7th graders glamorizing Nazis and doing the hand sign or making swastikas out of sticks?
