I remember when I would feel like that, and i still do every now and then. It gets better, not easier, but better. Find something to latch onto, find something that encourages you to get out of bed. For me that was my cats and art. I dont know you but im happy you exist and are alive 💜

I used to heavily relate to this when I was younger, I used to think I was such a burden on people and that I deserved death. Now with more experience in my life I realise that isn’t the case at all. There is people who care for you out there, and I’m sure your an amazing person in real life. What kept me together was helping others who couldn’t help themselves, if it came down to donating food or offering aid. It gave me a sense of purpose to live for.
