Well! Hand creams are going to depend highly on your skin type, not everything that works for someone else will work for you. I'd highly suggest talking to a dermatologist. Or, if you can't access one, you might just try buying a couple of creams and seeing what works best for you. Some stores offer free samples, too! Though, disregarding what I just said, my personal favourite is Fenty Beauty's Hyrda'Reset. It's an okay price and it works well for me. (It's much cheaper on Sephora than it is on the Fenty website).

CeraVe! I've got eczema and I've used it for years. If it works on eczema it's sure to work on your hands as well. And it doesn't have any essential oils in it, so it shouldn't burn your skin at all
