I don't know if this'll help at all, but I had to learn that when I looked in the mirror pick something small and say you love that Like I love my freckles Then start adding onto the list. Eventually it'll be all of you, every part. And you will love yourself more. It's hard, but it makes the world of a difference. 1 step at a time
