Is it a good thing if my bf told me "I'm the only one who can keep him under control, But I'm also the one that makes him lose it" ? In this case, he was talking about our last interaction where he was kinda going overboard, when I told him I'm not ready to have s*x yet.

Honestly, I think it's great he told you that. He's trying to tell you that you're the only one that can keep him on track and not lose focus ("in control"), but yet, you also made him crazy about you (he loses control over you). About the sex thing, it's perfectly normal to not be ready to get intimate with your significant other, but don't worry, it'll come eventually and naturally :) don't overthink it. Have a good day!
