A Little Poetry Update: 8 poems completed for the anthology (apparently a fancy term for a collection of poems 💅🏽) 2 more poems unfolding onto the page as I feel them out A growing vocabulary of poetic techniques, structures, and sequencing. And better understanding of not just what I want to say, but how to let a poem breathe. I've been inspired to paint a few of my pieces, too, now that the images have developed in my mind. I genuinely love creating things 🤩 I feel lucky that I finally can now.
