Ive been trying to act like everythings okay by reading, walking atleast 6k a day even if i dont go outside, going on a diet, exercising etc i feel like i should exercise more to get the feeling of relapsing away because i mean i dont know but i feel like if i exercise a lot like i start to hurt and i feel accomplished that im hurting because i dod something for my body and not because im relapsing
