So i have a problem,in some days its my birthday and Im really sad,because when its my birthday i usually Always cry a Little bit and in the end im dissapointed. This year i didnt want to celebrate but in the end i gave in,tommorrow i will celebrate early my birthday. The thing Is that im a Little bit upset and anxios,i kinda messed up things with my Friends and also with my best friend (we kinda had a fight), tommorrow im going to see them and in scared that things will go bad and in very anxios. I dont really know what to do about It i just dont want to mess up things anymore, im so tired of being sad, dissapointed and anxios all the time,and im tired of messing things up,Always having to Say Sorry and be the stupid One. For atleats One day,id like to feel good and without all these negative emotions,atleats id like my birthday to go well. Do you have some advice? Thanks in Advance
