Its not fair to compare your problems to others. Everyone has their own issues but the significance of theirs doesnt mean yours is any less valid or important. I say try to talk to someone you trust, whom you feel the most comfortable with. Honestly opening up feels cringy and uncomfortable but i feel like the more you talk, the more you understand and grow comfort in just being you. No person is perfect, no person is constantly happy. Its okay if youre "a hypocrite" for not always knowing what to do, for not always smiling or always overthinking. I personally just enjoy yapping to someone i trust. Ive learnt that i like talking about all my thoughts and experiences to my boyfriend when hes half asleep or fully asleep since i feel awkwarda at the ideanof someone trying to comfort me. You know the answer of what you should do, how you should feel but the burden lingers till you say it out loud. It takes a while to get used to though. Anyway, let others be there for you like how youre there for them. Ask if you can vent or speak your thoughts. If you want you can request no reponse or just an ear with no comfort, maybe a discussion rather than comfort. Whatever you prefer!
