I’ve been laying in bed for nearly 3 days. I can’t move. Whenever I go out everyone ends up hating me or I end up making someone sad. So that why I haven’t gone out. My bestfriend Grace hates me she said no chance becoming friends again.

Take a break, do something you enjoy, something like making art, journaling something creative, relaxing or productive that requires you to use your brain that you enjoy(could be chess online, playing some games, crocheting, writing , reading, ceramics, drawing, origami, gardening, cooking, baking, cleaning etc) Listen to music you like and try to understand your feelings. Understand that there will be more people for you in life and youre only lived so long. Nobodys hates you. You will find a new best friend you will be so happy to have but you just have to be patient focusing on yourself right now and when you're ready you can try to find one. Life has ups and downs but in the end, its worth it to experience.

It’s so hard haveing a low in life. Everything seems like it’s going wrong. Just remember to live for the joy you feel in the future and don’t give up.
