I'm asking as a transgender man. Is star bucks really a good first job to start? If so, What is the best job position as someone with social anxiety? Or any tips? And tips for interview are REALLY appreciated because i am gonna be SO scared.. and I don't know what I would say... I have no job experience. And do they really pay for gender affirming care after the needed hourly work?? Even in FL? I'm so scared 😭 But I am usually good with tasks if I really know how to do them. I'm better at working and cleaning, than socializing. Which i know is a big thing for working at Starbucks.. but it could be a good experience for me..
