Guys remember to communicate issues. Communication doesnt need to be emotional or argumentative! Its easy to get caught up in the moment but try to remember to take some time to yourself to think about what you really want to say, better yet to type it all down then reread it to see whats "unnecessary." (E.g insults) (This is very situational dependant.) Instead of going "I hate when you (...) Youre infuriating." "You know." (Instead of talking abt ur problems) (Blatant ignoring instead of talking) "You make me miserable" (Cussing them out) (Typing long paragraphs full of " you dont care about ms" "youd never understand") Etc You could instead go "When you (...) it makes me feel (...) because (...). " "I want to talk to you, but i need some time alone to regulate." "I'm worried that you dont value me, can we talk about it?. Sometimes we (...) and then (...). I dont want to believe you mean any harm however i feel hurt by it." Just a note, these arent the best examples. More of a reference for things you COULD say under SOME situations. If someone is rude to you then its best to leave them. Dont be around people who truly do only ever make you feel bad We all messup and lash out sometimes, when that happens its important we calmly apologise (if needed) "Im sorry about last night, i do hope you understand my issues however it was still disrespectful to treat you that way. I shouldnt have reacted in such a way." (Dont copy that one, theres better ways to word that lmao.) Its important to stand firm on your points but make sure you acknowledge your wrongdoings. Dont excuse things other people did to hurt you even unintentionally. Let them explain and then you can choose to forgive or not. Dont apologise for them in your own message.
